Is Hallandale Beach good for remote workers?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $48,518, which feels on the lower side for the area. With a population of 41,224, Hallandale Beach is a smaller city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do?

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in Cedar Grove area are underrated. Kids love it here.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value dating scene, you'll love it. The housing market is genuinely pretty good and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. My neighborhood (Meadowbrook) is wild and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Nashville, be prepared for the culture shock. community vibe is completely different here. And Summers can be brutally hot.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
