Hi all, I work in consulting and Homes are going for about $256,900 on average. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. You can expect to pay around $1,580 for rent here. Household incomes average around $48,518 in Hallandale Beach. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The job market is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
