Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $194,600, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $1,329/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
