How is the nightlife in Ham Lake?

I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,319/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $430,100 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What are your go-to spots? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Bought a house here in 2023 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is better than expected in most areas.
