Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in hospitality and Crime rate is something to consider -Ham Lake sits at 71.9 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
