First post here. I'm single, late 40s, and Rent is about $1,319/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for Ham Lake? Thanks! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
