Curious what people think. Homes are going for about $376,900 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Moved here from Raleigh about 10 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is safety. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are underrated, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great Korean places. it's been a really good experience overall.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
