What I wish I knew before living in Hamilton Square

So, I've been here for 12 years and It's a a small town city with about 11,643 people. You can expect to pay around $1,817 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Bought a house here in 2016 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Came here for work and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The cost of living is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.
