First post here. Been living here since 2023. You can expect to pay around $882 for rent here. Median household income is $69,142, which feels about average for the area. With a population of 5,041, Hamlin is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
