Best companies to work for in Hampden?

Curious what people think. Just moved here 12 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Hampden sits at 13.6 per 100K. Household incomes average around $101,417 in Hampden. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Would love some local perspective. Thanks for reading.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The job market is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..
