First post here. I'm originally from Salt Lake City and Crime rate is something to consider -Hampstead sits at 389.1 per 100K. Rent is about $1,189/month for a decent place. Median household income is $90,184, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
