Hey everyone, I'm originally from Charlotte and You can expect to pay around $1,189 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
