Alright, I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Hampton Bays sits at 22.0 per 100K. Homes are going for about $688,900 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
