Alright, Been living here since 2016. It's a a small town city with about 17,138 people. Rent is about $2,291/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
