What to expect moving to Hampton Bays?

Hi all, Poverty rate is 7.4%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,291 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The outdoor recreation is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Baltimore it's excellent.

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Downtown area are excellent. Kids love it here.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much pricey but now it's tough.
