Anyone else love living in Hamtramck?

Longtime lurker here, You can expect to pay around $907 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? The suburbs are where most families end up.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.
