Hi all, I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Hamtramck sits at 804.3 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 5.4%, which is about average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
