Most overrated things about Hanahan

It's a a small town city with about 21,119 people. Homes are going for about $339,800 on average. With a population of 21,119, Hanahan is a small town. Poverty rate is 10.7%, which is around average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Let me know your thoughts. Appreciate any input. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to LA it's decent.

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 9 years here, that's my honest assessment.
