Best apartments in Hanford under ?

OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $323,600 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Hanford sits at 449.1 per 100K. Household incomes average around $73,544 in Hanford. With a population of 59,389, Hanford is a smaller city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Boston it's surprisingly good.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Definitely worth checking out..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is underrated in most areas.
