Biggest downsides of living in Hanford?

Hello, I'm single, late 30s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Hanford sits at 449.1 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? The city has invested a lot in new development.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
