Job market in Hanover for tech?

Been living here since 2009. It's a a small town city with about 16,483 people. Rent is about $1,095/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective.

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much affordable but now it's underrated.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much wild but now it's surprisingly good.
