Random thought, I'm a 48-year-old software engineer and Homes are going for about $200,900 on average. The unemployment rate is 5.5%, which is about average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Does this match your experience?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
