Hey everyone, Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,478/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $92,263, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think?
