Hey folks, Born and raised here. Crime rate is something to consider -Hanover Park sits at 79.6 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
