Just moved to Hapeville, any tips?

I work in hospitality and Poverty rate is 13.0%, which is around average. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Bought a house here in 2019 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
