Anyone else feel this way? Median household income is $82,685, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,114/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
