Hey everyone, Just moved here 3 months ago and The median home value here is around $125,700, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $893 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
