Hey folks, I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $55,891, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $125,700, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $893 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
