Freelancing from Harper -experience?

Anyone else feel this way? The median home value here is around $80,300, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I work in education here and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market for my field is surprisingly good. Happy to answer more specific questions..

The food scene here is average. Tons of great Mediterranean places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
