Curious what people think. We're a young couple and Median household income is $96,563, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $305,400, which seems about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? Thanks! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
