Is it worth buying in Harris Hill?

Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $305,400, which seems about average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The housing market is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

Used to live on the Meadowbrook side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
