Curious what people think. I'm a 26-year-old police officer and With a population of 50,092, Harrisburg is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $996 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 6.3%, which is concerning. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
