The median home value here is around $121,000, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
