OK so Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. With a population of 19,599, Harrison is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
