Curious what people think. I work in tech and The median home value here is around $221,900, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $1,104 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance!

Came here for cost of living and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The job market is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
