Best apartments in Harrisonburg under ?

Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 50s, and Poverty rate is 12.5%, which is around average. The median home value here is around $278,200, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 4 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The South side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
