Hey, I'm single, late 50s, and Homes are going for about $278,200 on average. Household incomes average around $59,752 in Harrisonburg. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Would love some local perspective. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
