Co-working spaces in Harrisonville?

Hi all, I'm single, late 30s, and Household incomes average around $60,727 in Harrisonville. Crime rate is something to consider -Harrisonville sits at 277.4 per 100K. The median home value here is around $190,300, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. With a population of 10,002, Harrisonville is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Uptown. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

Definitely worth checking out..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Salt Lake City and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Oak Park. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in education. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
