Hello, I'm originally from Kansas City and Homes are going for about $190,300 on average. Rent is about $853/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.
