Homes are going for about $348,700 on average. It's a a small town city with about 1,816 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Should I be concerned? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
