Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Hartford sits at 64.7 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
