Best kept secrets of Hartford, WI

Curious what people think. I'm originally from Sacramento and Homes are going for about $261,300 on average. Poverty rate is 7.7%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,095/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 45--F, so bundle up in winter. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
