Studio apartments in Hartington -options?

Hi all, I'm single, late 20s, and It's a a small town city with about 1,736 people. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
