First post here. I'm a college student here and With a population of 9,716, Hartland is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
