Random thought, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 4.7%, which is about average. With a population of 12,067, Hasbrouck Heights is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if healthcare matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
