Hey everyone, Military spouse here. It's a a small town city with about 2,710 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Moved here from Minneapolis about 13 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to public transit but Happy to answer more specific questions..

I've lived in The Heights for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Affordable housing options
- The community vibe scene is tough

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Happy to answer more specific questions..
