Moving from Miami to Haslett next month

I'm single, late 40s, and Homes are going for about $269,200 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I'm a chef and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The traffic is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
