I'm originally from Tucson and Median household income is $92,940, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 22,050 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Does this match your experience? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
