Anyone regret moving to Hastings?

Been meaning to ask this. The median home value here is around $177,200, which is actually reasonable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. walkability used to be much established but now it's improving.
