Biggest downsides of living in Hatboro?
We're a young couple and Rent is about $1,781/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Hatboro sits at 107.9 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thoughts? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
